"Nothing to complain about...room great..staff wonderful..breakfast a great start ti the day. Needs a heater in the shower room but Im a wuss so ok for most people. Would stay again sure...must get fosters on tap!!"

"Extremely pleasant and accommodating staff. Room was clean and warm as was the en-suite. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of various tea and coffee sachets available in addition to milks and sweeteners etc. Breakfast was freshly cooked to liking. Although I had no problem parking, the car park is small with limited street parking opposite, which potentially could be an issue during busy periods. Overall, staying at The Talbot was an excellent experience. "

"Check-in was simple, parking only £5 for the night, found our room on the second floor, overlooking the road. Room was spacious, clean and tidy, it was quiet warm in the room. Slept ok until the road noise kicked in and the collection of bins full of bottles from the nearby bars. "

"We had a wonderful time in this charming hobbit home. It was beautifully cosy, and the scenery was incredible. Sitting in the hot tub surrounded by snow was fantastic! Everything went smoothly during our visit and there were no problems at all. A really great place to stay and we will definitely be booking again in the future."
