"Our family traveled to Orcas Island as part of a family tradition to spend time together in nature during Thanksgiving. The host welcomed us warmly and checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and were settling in comfortably. We were greeted with a sweet handwritten note and a warm and comfortable home with special high end details in each room. There were lovely books and plenty of space to lounge and relax after taking a hike in nearby Moran State park which was utterly amazing. We had everything we needed to cook a fantastic Thanksgiving meal. The views were breathtaking and a short walk to the waterfront was lovely. This is truly a beautiful region with so much to do nearby in both nature and commerce - short drive to the East sound shops boasting delicious local fare and artisanal hand made goods. If you are considering a visit to Orcas Island this house and kind host are 10/10 recommended! "

"We fell completely in love with this property the moment we entered. The views are spectacular, especially from the loft bed; I can't think of a better way to wake u pin the morning. We really enjoyed the Japanese soaking tub and the relaxing ritual with it. Beds were very comfortable. Everything about Nami-an was perfect for our relaxing vacation. "

"This lovely cottage was a joy to stay in. It was the perfect size, clean and cozy with a beautiful view of a small bay and beyond. The landscaping was lovely and made it feel like you were in yoir own little garden. We would 100% stay here again. And have recommended it to friends."

"My wife and I were looking for a great getaway in the San Juan Islands and this was the right pick. Pictures are accurate, waking up to the sunrise on the bay was rejuvenating. We found a few strawberries in the garden that were peak flavor and I had to marvel at how great the location is. The house is cozy, has a nice aesthetic and you can feel how deliberately the hosts care for it. "
