「There is little soundproofing between rooms and every step can be heard from the room upstairs and next to us. We could hear every step from above and also conversations that prevented us from getting much sleep. We were also woken early by guests in the room next door who entertained guests on the porch and took chairs from our porch without regard for us in the room next to them. 「Poor layout... no bathroom on first floor...windows left wide open in bedroom (unbeknownst to me hidden by blinds so freezing all night). Only one railing for exposed stairwell. Stains and dirt everywhere (including insect infiltration behind the microwave which itself was connected to an exposed broken plug which is a fire hazard).
