「Great atmosphere and entertainment. Enjoyed the dining experience and not far to town. But for my room and its location, I would have rated it excellent.」

「I have have stayed at Mitsis a few times and have always loved it. Ramira beach is nice and service is generally good (better in the bar than in the main restaurant) unfortunately the main restaurant is too small for the hotel and feels stressfull and the entertainment and the size of the area to watch it is not great and in my opinion is not in line with the Mitsis brand. Saying that for the price its a good entry level hotel Mitsis option but if you have been to others dont expect the same...

「サイトを見てキレイそうなので予約しましたが、はっきり言って古いです。シャワーの水圧も低く部屋自体にはお勧め出来るポイントは有りません。朝食、ディナー付きでしたが、どちらもバフェです。オールインクルーシブにするとその他のレストランで食事が出来るみたいでした。（プラス１５ユーロでとチェックイン時に貰った紙に書いてあったような。）　バフェがまずい訳ではありません十分食べられます、その点は満足です。」

「Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, obwohl diese etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Check In und Out war super schnell und freundlich. Die Angestellten in den Restaurants und Bars sind extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Ein super großes Lob an die Mitarbeiter vin der Strandbar. Das Speisen Angebot ist vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Die Spezialitäten Restaurants sind absolut empfehlenswert.」

Room were cleaned everyday free bottles of water…entertainment in the evening all meals had a dish for all, not friendly for people who have disabilities walking very hilly ,lots of stairs」

「Sehr schöne, weitläufige, gepflegte Anlage, verteilt auf mehrere Bungalows in unterschiedlichen Preisklassen. Personal ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es wird sofort um deinen Anliegen gekümmert, sogar bei der Abreise haben Sie für uns um 6:00 morgens den Restaurant aufgemacht. Es gibt viele Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände. Am Strand haben wir immer ein Plätzchen gefunden, Liegen und Sonnenschirme kostenlos. Animation für Minis und Maxis war abwechslungsreich und hat Spaß...

「Excellent staff, pool area, food and cleanliness of rooms. (The old part of the hotel was a bit run down but the new hotel rooms were excellent.) the location was good, near to the airport but it was quite noisy due to aircrafts landing over the hotel. Also the beach was rocky not sandy. Waves were heavy everyday due to wind. But it is the windy side of the island so that is a characteristic feature. 」
