"The pool was closed and we were not notified or offered a discount. It was one of the reasons we booked that hotel. People were screaming all night next to us and there was no hot water in the mornings."

"Our room was nice and clean. Our room was above the pool, so it was quite noisy, and the person who cleans the pool at midnight drags the chairs and tables, which woke me up. I never want a room beside the pool again. The dinner theatre was great, though. The restaurant was so slow at Aldos for meals, too. Overall, though, the hotel is a lot nicer inside than outside. We would stay there again!"

"I’m not sure why this place is so highly rated. It’s incredibly rundown. Our room was actively dirty. The pool has been closed for the last five years and the Gym has one working piece of equipment and it is not the treadmill. The breakfast is super mediocre, but the staff were all friendly so I’ll give them that. Not helpful, but at least friendly while they didn’t solve the problem. "

"Room was ok. Modern but sheets were stained. Coffee machine didn't work. From desk didn't care. No carts to help load and load. Restaurant service was pitiful. Food was ok but we had to ask for everything, water, cutlery, coffee. It was frustrating. Pool was great! "

"Rooms were clean, the rest of the hotel smelt dirty. Visually the hotel had seen better days. Elevator was big enough for one person and their luggage. I would not stay here again."
