「ホテルのスタッフの方々が皆さん笑顔でホスピタリティが高い。気になったのはシャワーの水圧が低いことと停電が多いことでしたが、モンスーンシーズンなので仕方ない。それを帳消しにするレベルのサービスの高さとインドらしいオーガニックな素晴らしい環境のホテルでした。ローシーズンの滞在もお勧めです。」

「Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

「客室やバーなどの共有部分は、照明の配置や明るさまで、徹底的にこだわった建築となっており、インドらしからぬハイグレードな造りとなっている。ビーチはプライベートではないが、ひっそりしている。ホテル内のプールやバーも凝っており、十分にリラックスできる。徒歩圏内にペンタゴンというシーフードのレストランがある。」

「I loved it here. Efficient friendly staff in all areas... the pool guys, the room service, Lovelita and Richa welcoming faces in Reception. I extended my trip twice and have nice memories. Goma, Suninjat, Ruella, Bhupal served me constantly in the restaurant. Thankyou Hemant for introducing me to Dosa and Sambar for breakfast. 「設備は少し古いが、正面に綺麗なビーチがありロケーションが非常に良いです。施設周辺に綺麗なレストランやショッピングが出来る店舗があまりない為、ホテルの食事(ビュッフェ形式)をお勧めします。」

「ゴアの中心地から割と遠くの海沿いの場所にあり、周辺に遊びに行くのには不便だが、リゾートとしてホテルでゆっくり過ごすタイプの滞在であれば文句なしの雰囲気と設備、サービスが揃っている。ビーチに面した建物やプールの雰囲気もすごく素敵。朝食をいただく場所もオーシャンビューが最高。少し残念なところは、部屋が寒すぎるところ（インド内の他のホテルも同様なのでこのホテルだけの問題ではないかもしれない）と、空港までの迎車が来ていなかったところ。快適で素敵なホテルでした。」

「Amazing stay for a week. We were treated like family by the entire staff and everything from food to amenities were top notch. A special thanks to the entire staff in the restaurant to the reception to the gym/pool/spa for making our stay outstanding and memorable. 「Alagoa is a lovely resort. Family friendly and also relaxing for a solo trip. For India this resort has good cleanliness & I would certainly recommend. It’s a 5 minute walk from the beach which is a beautiful spot to relax in. Down side is the taxis are expensive and will do all they can to rip you off. Be prepared for a haggle war! Everything else is wonderful! 」

「従業員の反応が遅く、一流ホテルを標榜する割には教育が全くなっていない。空港送迎以外はすべて有料であり、パナジやオールドゴアへはかなりの距離があることもあり（20から28キロ）、交通費が馬鹿にならない。レストランも驚くほど単価が高く、東京のレストランとほぼ同じかそれ以上の水準である。部屋はきちんと清掃されていはいるが、全体的に古く、ソファのアームは石であり、部屋が薄暗かったことからソファに横たわった際に思いっきり後頭部を石造りのアームにぶつけてしまい、数日間腫れが引かなかった。石を素材にした家具は清掃は容易であろうが、顧客の安全や快適さを全く考えていない。このホテルに宿泊する位ならば、近隣の中級ホテルか、隣のTaj グループ系列のホテルへ宿泊することを勧める。」
