"My overall experience was good, but finding the hotel entrance was a bit challenging. The hotel did not provide clear instructions on how to locate the entrance, which made arrival more difficult than necessary. You have to walk past a Lidl supermarket, and the entrance is located right next to a döner kebab restaurant. Once you find the entrance, there are instructions explaining how to contact the front desk. However, the front desk is not open 24 hours a day, so it would have been helpful to know this information in advance. I recommend that the hotel provide clearer directions and communicate its front desk hours before guests arrive to make the check-in process easier and more convenient."

"The property was in a perfect location to explore and experience ball Buda had to offer, especially the unique and not to be missed ruin bars. The reception staff were really friendly and super helpful nothing was too much trouble forvthem The hostel really cared about the comfort of solo travels and making efforts to include and arrange activities for everyone."
