"Yes, the breakfast is fresh and filling. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Location is accessible to the places we planned to visit. Overall, we have a good time staying here."

"I would not recommend this property. I was misguided by the fact that there would be Airconditioning , there was none. I ask the front desk why and was told that the air would only be on during the summer month and that if I needed air I should open the window, being on the first floor I felt afraid to do so. I should have been told by Expedia , since my booking was for April, that there would be no airconditioning during my stay. I could have made a better choice booking the hotel."

"The Junior Suite was spacious with a mattress that's the perfect balance of firm and soft. Ample wardrobe space and a generous supply of hangers. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the bathroom is bright and spotless with premium toiletries.The breakfast was top-notch. Hot Chocolate is incredibly rich and intense. The made-to-order breakfast menu is exquisite, offering an extensive selection of dishes. The Spa was clean, spacious, and relaxing. "

"Was a very nice stay in one of the Suites. Great location and access to restaurant. Style is a bit dated with a late 70’s minimalist and hostel feel. Room was as pictured, in fact bigger than. My only comment was the bathroom sink, it needs a redesign and it was a mess to even wash one’s hands or brush the teeth. The is one complaint I have, the hotels transportation service, Welcome Pickups, is terrible, we were stuck at the airport on arrival for 45 minutes waiting for a driver that told us to wait outside in the cold. One would expect a person to be waiting for you, not one that has you call when you get there.. they were supposed to monitor the flights… and on the departure, the Welcome Pickups drive left use in the arrival area parking lot where we had to struggle with our luggage and then when we find the departure area upstairs, there is an area in front where taxi’s can drop you off at the entrance… i guess the drivers do not have airport taxi permits.. with this said, if you do not have a bit of luggage, i would consider just booking a cab on arrival or via bolt… so much for attentive transport"
