"Room was clean but condition was more worn than photos appeared. We had two bedroom that were upstairs. The staircase and room were tighter than photos appeared, plus just 1.5 bathrooms with half bathroom downstairs. It was nice to be in one place with common area and nice patio, but would have stayed somewhere differently if could do over due to quality and layout of place. The very high google rating deceived me a bit. For the money it is very reasonable, but it isn’t a higher end stay."

"We booked this hotel for 4 nights and was totally blown away with our hotel; our room was so spacious, a little kitchenette area, with amenities such as washing machine, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker; the balcony was huge, what’s more surprising, and we didn’t know when booking the hotel, that it was adjoining to the New York Cafe which was a big bonus, so no queuing up. Definitely would stay there again, great location, near to tram, metro and bus. Budapest is such a beautiful city to visit."

"Staff at check in were helpful to store our luggage until a room was available but were otherwise disintetested in their customers. Room was 27C on check in (33C outside). Set thermostat to 20C but room never got cooler than 23.5C, even at night when outside temp was 18C. Can't open the windows because of too much traffic noise. Beds were very basic. Breakfast was good. All-in-All, we would avoid staying at an IBIS in the future."
