Unit Layout
You can enjoy a comfortable and modern 3-room apartment during your vacation. The 72 m2 unit is located on the 2nd floor and has a south-facing position, ensuring plenty of natural light. The living/dining room features a dining table and a flat-screen TV, with direct access to the balcony. There is one double bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, and another room with a 90 cm x 190 cm bed and a 140 cm x 190 cm French bed.

Amenities Included
The apartment is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a convenient stay. The large kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom has a double hand-basin, and there is a separate toilet. Electric heating keeps the apartment comfortable, and a washing machine and hair dryer are provided for your convenience.

Other Information
The apartment offers a 12 m2 south-facing balcony with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying the warm weather. It also features internet access (WiFi, extra cost). Please note that a smoke alarm is installed for your safety. This offer is provided by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

良かった点 : 清潔度

L'annonce indiquait une possibilité de parking. En fait c'est faux , le terrain concerné devant l'immeuble appartenant au Crédit Mutuel qui y gare les voitures de collaborateurs. Je tiens à votre disposition mes factures de parking pour remboursement. La wifi est aussi en plus.
