「Truly the best property in Portree. Yes you are outside of town centre, but it is within a 10 minute walk which we easily did a few times. The hotel was incredible. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and the pictures do not do it justice ! It is by far one of the most romantic places I’ve stayed . Of course ,the weather was amazing when we went ;but it was so cozy and charming , especially waking up to the sunrise . The room was clean and efficient, all we really needed . Very sleek...

「Our stay at the Skye Inn was made very enjoyable because the Staff were so welcoming and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast menu was both varied and delicious served with a smile. Our room was clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. A tray filled with choices of tea coffee and chocolate was a bonus.Fresh milk was replenished when required. Our dog had a wonderful reception.」

「We enjoyed the quiet location and it was an ideal spot for exploring the highlights of the Isle of Skye. The location needs a bigger sign to indicate the driveway. We had to ask some strangers for directions when we were trying to find it. We could also have used a bit more toilet paper and towels. The pillows in the room with the double bed were thin and unsupportive. Apart from this we had a pleasant stay.」

「The apt was clean enough. Felt a bit like being in a dormitory. The soap dispensers were half full. Ashtray with cigarette butts was left outdoors on the table and was filled with rain water. Most disappointing was the shower. It looked new, but did not work properly. Hot and cold and hot and cold water. Needs to be corrected. 」
