"Our room had no heat. We shivered all night. When we complained to front desk, the maintenance man said he knew about lack of heat in that room. He said, and I paraphrase, “ I did what (name)said to do yesterday, but it didn’t work.”. So, someone knew room was uninhabitable , but it was rented anyway. Terrible breach of good business practice. Front desk re-funded us 10%. What a farce. With such an essential aspect of the room being so deficient, all other issues are irrelevant."

"This was our second stay at this property. The room we had this time was not as good as the last. There was something wrong with the bed frame and I kept feeling that I was rolling into the middle. There were a couple of sticky/dirty spots on the curtains and they didn’t completely cover the window opening. The towels are ridiculously small and thin."

"Room was clean and functionable, bed comfortable, the breakfast menu was quite limited and rather bland, Tabasco sauce would certainly have helped! The bacon was undercooked and swimming in grease There was ample parking close to rooms, all in all a comfortable stay"
