"I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The rooms are spacious; the walk in shower is wonderful and overall in previous years the experience has been comfortable. I don't know if the hotel has purchased new mattresses or if the ones on our beds were very old as we both felt like we were sleeping on little pads of metal. My back ached for two days and my sleep was less than restful. Other than that, it was our usual nice experience but I am not sure I want to take a chance with those mattresses again."

"Room was nice and clean. Great to have a fridge and a microwave! Comfortable bed. The couch was okay comfort wise but positioned poorly for tv viewing. The room does need a little TLC. Unfortunately you can hear the neighbouring room very clearly."

"Wonderful and relaxing property. Gorgeous greenery and water views. Pet friendly. They do want pets off furniture, but have drop cloths available if furniture friends really wanna cuddle. Dog treats were also set out when we arrived.The "high chair" listed is more of a booster seat, luckily we brought our own travel chair for the baby. Kids toys and outdoor toys were readily available. The fireplace and projector were a really cozy combo although we did have some trouble getting the projector sorted and running. Once it was all connected and set up it ran fine. Overall, amazing experience. The only down side is we only stayed two nights."

"My husband and I enjoyed the property, it was very scenic. We visited many museums in the area. We also went to see beautiful gardens close by. All in all we had a great time."

"We, a family of four, spent a week at this cottage and were very pleased with everything. It was spacious, clean and welcoming, with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. A plus for us was the grounds were clean and well-kept. We didn't have to worry about our three year old great granddaughter who visited with her parents during the day since she loved running around the yard. The host was very prompt in responding to any questions we had. We give this property a five out of five and will certainly consider renting again in the future."
