"The house is a great layout although I feel that 2 TV's would be good for the downstairs living rather than having one in the master bedroom. We had a heating issue on arrival which meant the house was really cold and due to the type of heading ie underfloor it took a good 29 hours to warm the house up. "We stayed for one night and loved it! The apartment is new, spotless, and in an excellent location. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and all the kitchen utensils we needed. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Our only suggestion would be to have a few extra pillows, but overall it was a wonderful stay and we’d happily come back!"

"Couldn’t fault the room I stayed in , however a family member also stayed and she didn’t have a/c in her room and was given a fan , apparently not all the rooms have a/c. On check out , there was only one man on reception and it took 40 mins to check out. My refund still hasn’t gone back onto my card for the £50 holding fee, waiting 2 weeks after. Bar staff were very slow and didn’t seem to know what was going on and also ran out of paper in the machine multiple times which caused further delays."

"Found it very strange only one towel left in bathroom for two adults on a three night stay (extra towels provided when asked) Rooms are very small (expected at an easy hotel) but really not a fan as someone who values privacy of bathrooms with glass doors and no locks. If someone needs to go during the night and turns the light on in they disturbs other guests sleep. The air conditioning was a blessing in the heat and the fact that it was set to turn on and off automatically was great in the heat wave"

"Checking prompt and efficient. The room, although small was ok for our stay. Loved the White Company products in the bathroom. Tea/coffee in the room was a bonus. Iron and ironing board useful too. Breakfast was great from cereal, yoghurts, fruit juices, sausage, bacon, beans, mushrooms, fried, poached & scrambled eggs and omelettes to order, Danish pasties and coffee station highly recommend. The car park was also free for hotel guests."

"Really impressed with this hotel Shower room well maintained and cleaned spotlessly . Staff so helpful. Breakfast was all you could as for. One thing..Our booking was for 2 rooms which we booked at the same time. When we got to the hotel one room was on the ground floor the other 2nd floor. Both rooms had an Interconnecting door to the room next to it.it would have been nice if they had put us together on the same floor.made no sence to split us up but that honestly is the only thing"
