「Valentina foi muito atenciosa e simpática no atendimento. Por um problema com o carro alugado, acabamos chegando na hospedagem só após o horário do checkin. Valentina preparou o quarto para que pudéssemos chegar depois do horário. O hospedagem é muito linda e, apesar de antiga, é muito bem preservada e limpa. O apartamento tinha ótima estrutura. 「The location is great, it is up on a mountain past Londa but to get to it you need to go up some ver inclined hills, definitely a different experience for someone looking to be away from the big city. 「Excellent communication, and very quick reply to our messages. Linda was wonderful and very helpful. (She speaks perfect English as well) We arrived very late but she was waiting for us, explained how to reach the area. We got a welcome gift as well. 「Wir wollten bewusst ein Agriturismo was ein bisschen ländlich gelegen ist, aber nahe der Autobahn, da wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind. "ピサ観光の後に宿泊しました。フィレンツェ市内観光にも便利です。また鉄道駅の目の前なので朝早い移動でも問題ありませんでした。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。残念な点はエアコンが各部屋に設置されているタイプのもののため換気が十分でないのか、部屋に変な臭いがこもっていたこと、サイドテーブルに埃が多かったことが残念でした。"

"great location just around the corner of Mercato centrale and other tourist attractions! over all stay was nice, but here's some cons.. The room was far from the lift and I had to use the stairs to access my room. the fridge was full smell of molds and so were free bottles of water, so didn't use it at all. Before I used AC, felt like the room air was not so fresh neither. if it was 3 star hotel, I could understand the condition... staff was nice and helpful, thank you!"
