They organize nature walks for adults and lots of activities for kids and family members to keep them engaged. Rooms are spacious and have that rustic vibe to it. Staff is super courteous and food is amazing. Highly recommended specially for families.」

「Really enjoyed staying there. Whole staff was very friendly. Liked the folk music during high tea. Enjoyed playing in the swimming pool with kids and other sports like table tennis, carrom, chess. Cafeteria was also very good. Located on the bank of the river which had less water, so in the evening we could sit on the river stones and wash our feet in flowing water. All in all it was a great experience. 」

「Terrible stay . Very poor service . some staffs are very rude . They called us around 10 am and told us to vacant the room at 11 am . When I asked them but your time of check out is 12 pm then how can you ask for check out. How can you talk to your guest like that then they told me we have 11 am check out rule. I show them Hotels.com app but here it’s reflecting 12 pm and I ask for one hour extension for check out then after lot of argument they allow us for two rooms instead of four rooms...

「Excellent property with nice scenic views of Ram Ganga ,hills, trails and bridge. Delicious and safe food with comfortable deluxe rooms with gorgeous views of river and mountains. Prompt service and friendly staff. Only issue that has to be tackled is the menace of monkeys who terrified everyone and ruined the pleasure of sitting out in balcony to have tea or snacks. Management has to take some drastic steps to overcome this issue 」

「There was no internet connectivity WIFI is not available also there is no cellular coverage. Hotel does not provide overnight stay facilities for taxi drivers.」

「Rooms could be better equipped. There is no mobile connectivity in rooms/cottages, could be good or bad depends . Food is good , better for local Indian food. 40 mins drive from Taj hotel area. Also do visit Mustache Cafe near Taj. The place is also dog friendly. 」

「Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket...

「It's just one step away from being a 5/5 property. The property is beautiful, the food is amazing, the lawns are lush green and very well maintained. The activity room has all major games and provides all outdoor games related stuff. The only thing where I feel they can do better is the old rooms they had which they renovated recently is sort of a letdown, although the rooms are spacious but it lacks that elegance and cleanliness which makes the stay perfect, our rooms were newly renovated but...
