「We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. 」

「Decent property overall, with excellent breakfast and dinner menus in the Citrus restaurant. Very courteous staff at the restaurant including Mr Virender and Mr Negi, and equally brilliant housekeeping. However, the staff at the front desk is a big let-down as they are mostly clueless about anything to do around the hotel or have to call in someone higher up all the time. Also could do with some smiles on their faces. An even bigger issue is they don't provide any meals or even a basic blanket...

「国立公園保護区でサファリツアーをするなら、ゲートまで近いこのホテルがいいと思います。 （ちなみに10分くらいは車でかかります） 4人でジープを貸し切った状態で7000rs（このときのレートで11000円くらい）で、ホテルで申し込むことができます。朝6:00～、夕16:00～の２コースが用意されています。所要時間3時間くらいです。 ガイドに聞くと4月、次に1月が良いとのこと。暑くなったり雨季になると緑が生い茂り動物が見つけにくいらしいです。9月上旬の今回は夕方のコースを選択し、トラは見ることができませんでしたが雰囲気が楽しめて素晴らしい経験でした。 ホテルの食事も日本人好みにオーダーしてもらうことができました。プールもとてもきれいで水温が高めに設定してあるのも良いと思います。強いていうならお部屋が少し湿っぽかったですが、インドですので許容範囲でしょう。施設はきれいです。」

「Well to be hobest we were quite happy while checking in given how beautiful the resort was but had a mixed experience during our stay. The Corbett area is full of resorts and this one is about 20km from the main gates, so be aware of that while booking. The hotel missed daily housekeeping but got it done within 10 minutes of complaining. The food options are limited and room service is dead post 10, so stick to the buffet options perhaps. 「The location looks good at first, but later feels just average. There is jungle right opposite and a village behind the property, which can cause some disturbance. A cattle shed adjoining the property sometimes causes a dung smell near the restaurant area, and a few dogs outside bark frequently. However, the deer calls at night and the 5 km jungle patch drive to reach the property, especially in the evening, are enjoyable. The rooms are smaller than they appear in the photos but are clean and...

The hotel arranged it anyhow in less than half an hour. They really go out of the box to help you. The food was amazing. They ensured we had a safe and peaceful stay. We stayed at ground floor which had an awesome patio up front and there is lawn just outside with tables and chairs to enjoy outdoors. A group of adult males brought liquor bottle and stated drinking right outside our patio all the while taking in foul language. This kind of behavior should be controlled by the management.」
