「外の音がまる聞こえで夜中まで騒ぐお客がおり、リゾート感がなくがっかりでした。 チェックアウト時にホテル側が申し出れば部屋の交換をしますと言ってくれましたがホテルとしても防音対策を考えて欲しいと思います。又部屋の中に蚊がおり、睡眠が出来ず困りました。レークサイドに位置するホテルとしては、蚊対策を考えられる考えられる良いかと思いますが？」
