「Love everything about The Fleece inn, lovely friendly staff, beautiful accommodation, great food. Didn’t like anything. That’s why I have stayed there 5 times now. The fact they won country pub of the year in the whole of Britain says it all!」

I had a very large walk in shower which was perfect and I genuinely couldn't fault anything from the moment I walked in, to walking out.
Staff were knowledgeable and friendly, food was cooked to perfection.

Only note to be aware is the bedrooms are upstairs and you need to be able to carry your bags up to them. 」

「Nicely appointed room with comfortable bed, clean and modern bathroom (and power shower) with tea & coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and a really powerful fan (needed in this warm weather). Slept well even though there was a pub nearby as it felt pretty quiet when the windows were closed. Smart TV was great as I could log intomall my own chanels. Only minor point was there was nowhere to hang up clothes - I think there was a nook for it, so maybe the rail was just missing. No problem...
