「Guests from other rooms in the same floor and upper floor make big noise!」

「Beautiful property and location. Geese, ducks and swans are everywhere upon arrival. The desk staff (Carolyn ) and manager (Barb) were more than welcoming. Glimpses of zebra as you enter the parking area. The room is adjacent to the gift shop and restaurant. There are people everywhere during park hours. Safari disembarksation just outside your door !Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. Of mention, there's no window at ALL in the room. There's nowhere to sit except the bed.」

「Maria was wonderful, I had a very late check-in and she was so accommodating, at the last minute I realized I did not get the code for the door and she immediately responded to me at 10:30 PM. It made for a very smooth check-in for me and my furry friend.」

「Wi-Fi is slow, but you aren't vacationing near Letchworth right if you need Wi-Fi anyway. Our water ran out after two days, and we tried to conserve on showers. Location is great for access to anywhere in Letchworth about 15-20 minutes drive. Limited gas for heat and cooking, but not a problem if you go in the summer. Parking was easy and enough for two vehicles if need be. Easy access to silver lake. Communication with hosts was very efficient and they were very responsive.」
