「Loved it! The hotel very kindly accommodated our request for a room with a shower instead of a bath. Lovely courtyard room, which was very quiet despite the outdoor seating area for the bistro being very close. Good bar with very friendly staff. The area was ideal for exploring Henley. Just around the corner from the river and the rowing course, and around another corner to the main shopping/eating/drinking areas. Would definitely stay again. 「We booked this property because it was very close to a venue we were attending a wedding at, I had booked three rooms and requested one room to be a twin, despite me telephoning twice to check, but when we checked in it was still made up as a double, but it was quickly rectified. 「We had a lovely overnight break . Room was tastefully decorated with a large en-suite . The food was really good - dinner menu varied with enough choices . Staff were very welcoming and the restaurant service was excellent . 」
