「Nice and clean everyone friendly enjoyed it」

「You certainly will enjoy the atmosphere. The old time decor throughout is exciting to see. The music on Friday was a little loud but not too bad. Overall, a great time visiting our friends.」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative we noticed was the dirty windows. I know the third floor was being remodeled, but why would the windows everywhere else be so dirty? All in all, a great price and comfortable stay.」

「Close to Interstate, easy access in and out. Large hotel, I stayed in a 2 Queen suite, affordable rate for the size room, 3rd floor has great WI-FI. The indoor pool is heated and the hot tub is nice. Bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Good size closet and large desk with an office chair. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee available (no french vanilla creamer though). Staff was friendly. I would stay again, I've stayed at several Comfort Suites. Easily becoming a new favorite hotel...

「Room was clean. Lobby and check in was locked down and behind glass. Outside doors were unlocked and did not require a key the 3 times we used them. Our door had a deadbolt but chain lock was missing. Did not feel safe.」

「Our room was extremely clean! Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better.」

「You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead」

「Great location for a rustic getaway. Communication was great. I was in Parkersburg to visit my daughter and we had a great time kayaking! Awesome spot! 」

「I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the place, very roomy, and the sliding glass doors to the deck added brightness and a pleasant view. The kitchen was well stocked with whatever you needed, including cleaning items. I will need to travel down this way again this year and would certainly rent from Jordan again. Very homey place.」

「The room smelled horribly, dog pee and blood in carpet, tape holding light switch down, I walked in room and immediately left. Requesting refund!! 」
