「The hotel was mediocre…not the best and not the worst. The thing I’m upset about is that my daughter tried to first reserve the room on the Microtel website. The website glitched and she never knew if the reservation went through so we booked on Expedia with zero issues. No email confirmation from Microtel or anything. 「Close to Interstate, easy access in and out. Large hotel, I stayed in a 2 Queen suite, affordable rate for the size room, 3rd floor has great WI-FI. The indoor pool is heated and the hot tub is nice. Bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Good size closet and large desk with an office chair. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee available (no french vanilla creamer though). Staff was friendly. I would stay again, I've stayed at several Comfort Suites. Easily becoming a new favorite hotel...

「The room was very nice. Unfortunately, when I called to let them know, I would only be staying for the second night of my reservation the person I spoke to said that was not a problem and I arrived and was told that my reservation was canceled because it was a third-party reservation and then I did not have a room. They fortunately had one available. Unfortunately, it was the one next to the laundry shoot and it’s 7 AM. They started slamming the door of the laundry shoot repeatedly as they clean...

「The room smelled horribly, dog pee and blood in carpet, tape holding light switch down, I walked in room and immediately left. Requesting refund!! 」

「The house is extremely dated, older appliances, older carpet, and needs to be cleaned up outside, weed-eating etc. Overall a decent place to stay a few days . 」
