「I was part of a group of 5 with DB reservations. 3 arrived in advance and told us not to come. I tried to get out if this reservation in advance Inc calling from a flight. They were adamant that no refunds would be given. The advanced party were correct. The room had not been cleaned, it had mold in the bathroom, used toilet tissue left on the floor, at least 5 spiders crawling around. All of this I have on video. Horrendous does describe it. 「Quite expensive. Our ground floor rooms that looked out onto the loch was obscured by a car park, so better to get a room on an upper floor.」

「First night of arrival I had seabass with potatoes and salad which was very good. The table was sticky and had not been cleaned properly. The back door / stairway leading to the room and the actual room were extremely dirty. I would not book again on the above basis.」

「This is more a hostel than a family room. We had to take off our shoes at the house entrance but the floors were dirty and hair balls on the bathroom floor. The yard is run down and very cheap furnishings. I paid way too much at 247.92 to sleep on Ikea bunk beds. Communication was poor as I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. Im concerned as to why they are called Bellavista on Expedia but when you get there it is Forty Winks.」

The unit could definitely accommodate a good amount of people and for the cost subpar bedding and towels could be expected. The unit was clean but not something I would choose again.
