Beach house is away from the main part of the complex but easy enough to find. Nice quiet area down by the water with walks and the pub/restaurant just a 2 minutes away. Modern rooms with everything you need.

What a gem of a place to stay. Right on the shore of Loch Lomond with stunning views. Everything you could possibly need for a stay in a spacious room. Yes, you can here small amount of noise from above but we would not hesitate to stay here again. Absolutely fabulous

It’s an old house, the room is very small for 4 people, and the beds are not comfortable at all. For the price we paid it should be a little bit better.

Location was great, right next to the loch, Food at the hotel opposite was great and the staff were great. Parking was a little bit of an issue with other guests not parking correctly, and the window blind, when used, fell off and hit me on the head, which was a shock at the time. Other than that, we had a very relaxing night's stay and were very comfortable.

Great location. Nice and clean room. It did not have the breakfast or any service nearby. You have to drive to other hotel to have a breakfast. The breakfast did not have discount for guest at the beach house. Check in was at the sister hotel as well. Overal very nice stay and location. The downfall is not having the reception in the hotel and breakfast is served 3 miles away.

Only downside was lack of sound proofing for other guests noisy dogs. They obviously chose to stay at an unmanned hotel because of there dogs noisy behaviour. Otherwise it would have been a most enjoyable stay.

We stayed in the romantic room in the beach house for 2 nights it was relatively clean apart of the dead bugs and dust on the window sills behind the bath. It would have been nice if we had 2 bath mats also and somewhere to hang the towels as the bath is in the middle of the bedroom. The bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. There were USB ports by the sockets too which helped charge our gear

Room was not as clean, we spotted a couple of spiders in the room. Place is noisy due to proximity to the main street. Also, lake area was closed as it is private property. It is okay for a quick stop.

Loud as walls are thin and you can hear quite loudly when someone walks in room above you. Shower was weak and some outdoor chairs broken (also not enough chairs for everyone to sit). Was ok overall.
