「Smoking room booked, room in horrible condition. From deep Holes in the walls, to bed, bathtub and carpets covered in burn holes. Windows not functioning. Breakfast a joke. Public Ice machine empty. Right next to noisy highway. 」

「This hotel is one of the biggest ripoffs in the area. Their cancellstion and reservation policies are borderline criminal. 」
