「Clean room but there was water coming up through the floor because of wax seal on the commode」

「My husband and I were had reserved this property. Had a hard time finding it because address was skewed on mailbox. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice coaxing hoping they would let him pet them. We looked to see if they had collars with tags to show they had their shots but did not really look like it. There was no cell service so we could not...

「The house was beautiful, clean, and ready to go. They had a great selection of board games and DVDs. We had a wonderful time. The back porch was a great place to hang out after a long day of floating.」

「Great host, very concerned and reached out if everything was OK. Snow made road journey a little concerning, but all worked out. Quiet. Secluded. Enjoyed this and sitting in hot tub under stars looking at snow and river.」

「Very tranquil and relaxing. They have a pond, for which they have a dock to sit on, rowboats and kayaks to use and fishing equipment. The large deck also is spacious with a grill to use and more sitting area. The main bedroom bed and pillows were very comfortable. We did not need to use the four single beds upstairs. The host was wonderful with his communication and even called to make sure if we needed step-by-step directions to get back to the cabin.」

「This place worked great for a small group of us to fish at Montauk State Park. Walmart is super close so that was convenient for groceries. House was clean. It is an older home. We couldn’t find any outdoor outlets to fry fish. So we bought an extension cord. Lots of kitchen utensils and pans for cooking. Overall it was a great stay. Super easy check in, cleanup, and checkout. Host was quick to respond. Thank you!」
