「The beds were comfortable enough and clean. We had a triple queen bed room, and everyone slept well. The property is aged, and has probably seen better days. Where it counts for me- overall cleanliness, bed comfort, it was fine. It was what I expected for the price.」

「I and a friend stayed here while on a fishing trip. The pictures and description of the property was accurate. It is small, but if you’re staying while hunting or fishing it fits the bill. It is a little house—just as advertised—but nicely set up and equipped. It is about 11 miles out of Licking. If you come in to stay, a piece of advice: do NOT take Slabtown Rd in to the property. When my husband tried to get out of the car 6 or 7 dogs big and small and 1 two legged goat approached the car. They were barking and acted aggressively and did not react to his nice coaxing hoping they would let him pet them.
