「Pull into parking lot, parked by woods. Woods filled with litter, very trashy. Interesting/ eclectic entrance with 3 classic cars. Must call a number to gain entry. Large, musty, dark room that must have been something in its day. Waited a bit, friendly woman comes to front desk, shows we to rooms. Rooms old and appears clean but the smell of mold/ mildew was atrong. Chose a rooms, checked bed for bugs, found none. Patio littered with cigarette butts. Went out to dinner, decided not to return...

「Four Seasons, 5-Stars. Excellent B&B with friendly staff, super clean rooms, comfortable beds, swimming pool, hot tub and great breakfast. Highly recommend and will visit again.」

「Had an emergency and needed a place to stay for 2 nights. Staff was amazing and helpful. The hotel is nice and a great continental breakfast. The room was ok. It had a musty smell, but I was able to open a window to help. The halls smelled like marijuana.」

「Overall, our three night stay at the Ledges was excellent. My ONLY reason for giving it a 4 instead of 5 rating was the fact that the room itself was quite small, with no dresser for clothes, etc. However, the hotel itself with the restaurant and outdoor decks overlooking the waterfalls was very nice. Also the daily activities (wine tasting, s'mores, etc.) that were included with the other two sister properties (Silver Birches and Settlers Inn) made it a very enjoyable stay. Staff at all...

「Beautiful room in a beautiful setting by the lake. Very quiet. We got some logs and started a fire in the fire pit. Enjoyed our stay very much.」

「Wow! I was pleasantly surprised how easy to find...plenty of parking outside my door...restaurant and bar right there (didnt need it but nixe to know it was there)! Room was clean and very roomy! Bed was comfy a/c worked great! Quiet location! Had the t.v. working then it "lost connection" and I couldnt get it back. But had a chance to catch up with my book ;) recommend this motel!」

「Adorable little out-of-the-way resort with heated indoor pool and hot tub. Our apartment had an upstairs in a downstairs with a full kitchen and two spacious bedrooms, each with their own full bath. We even had a hot tub and a sauna! Super clean and super adorable. Perfect for visiting our daughter at Binghamton University. It was a little out-of-the-way, but well worth the travel.」
