Cabin is on a working farm but not near the farm house.Stay would have been more comfortable with a foam mattress, rather than the spring mattress.A picnic table and/or small dining table inside the cabin would be more comfortable, however it is a small inside foot print.A small microwave would be useful.Quiet. We were so grateful that he was able to make this happen for us. We were staying here for our son's wedding, which was at the venue not far away. He made our stay very accommodating, and the house and location worked out great for us. "
