「What a horrifying hotel experience. The property is disgusting. At check in the jittery drug addled night manager demanded a cash deposit (which I did not have on me). He refused to take my credit card and when he called the property manager she insisted I had to have cash that I was informed when I booked. Not true. No mention of cash - "Deposit: USD 50 per accommodation, per stay" . It also states "The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary...

「Property exceeded expectations. Property was clean. Location excellent. Michelle responded quickly to questions & a minor issue. Kitchen not as well equipped as some VRBO homes I’ve stayed. Bathroom could use a towel bar or hooks. Overall, lovely comfortable home!!」

「Very clean & peaceful house & very close to town.」

「Had a few hiccups but they worked hard to fix them」

「Great view of the lake plus staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only drawback eas the shower floor and seat were very slippery. This was reported to the staff upon checkout so it’s probably been taken care of now. The Eatery Pub had great food. It averaged 105 the 5 days we were there so the fishing was BAAAD! even with a pair of experienced guides with electronics. We are definitely coming back when it’s cooler!」

「We loved our stay at Haven on the Hill! The check in and out process was simple, every room had a comfortable bed, it was very very clean, and there was a large fenced backyard for our young kids to burn off some energy after a long day of traveling. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need to stay in Pawhuska again!」

「The host was very responsive. We found the bed comfortable. The VrBO had everything we needed. We would stay there again.」

「Such a pretty place to stay on the lake. We'll definitely visit again. Staff was great at communication. Cannot beat the view!」

「If you have a large group or family to accommodate this is your property. The pictures of the listing do not do the large rooms and amount of space justice. Very roomy. The host was very prompt to answer an inquiry. Not a problem with anything just a question. Property is easy to get in and out and has room to accommodate multiple vehicles. The property was very functional for children. The washer/ dryer are very handy on the first floor. Pool table and fuse ball were a hit. Our family is...
