「Breakfast was a joke. No juice in the dispenser; said they forgot to place an order. Hot meal consisted sausage and biscuits. I called a day prior to my arrival and was approved for early check-in; When I arrived, was told that they do not allow early check-in. Ice machine was out of order. One Tennant complained about roaches on the wall and floor in his room. And the list goes on...」

「I've stayed in many places in my life. I love the peacefulness of staying in a quiet, clean, quaint house. The Barby Haus was by far the cleanest, most tastefully decorated (unbelievably special antiques and touches) yet, completely modern house I've ever stayed in. Not a single guest "welcome detail" is overlooked. Impeccable!」

「Tony's loft on Alamo is a great cozy apartment! The space is perfect for 2 people and had everything we needed. It's quiet and felt like a little retreat in the loft. The details in the apartment are well crafted. The property is so pretty and well kept. It's like an oasis when you go through the gates. Tony was welcoming and friendly and communications were quick. Highly recommend if you are in Brenham. We would definitely stay again.」

「We spent the July 4th weekend at this charming place. It was exceptionally clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. You won’t need to take anything except your food and drinks. The front porch is delightful for drinking your morning coffee. It reminded us of my wife’s grandmother’s front porch. Our dog loved exploring the front yard which is completely fenced. The host was great at communicating with us. A great place to escape for some quiet time or Chapell Hill’s July 4th parade.」

「The place was just the right size for our small group of ladies. It was very neat and clean. There was plenty of space for everyone to visit and sleep. The hot tub was a plus. Locking the door was a little bit of a challenge in that you had to pull on the handle, but not too hard. It was fine once we figured it out.」

「We had the sweetest stay at Dewberry Cottage while in town for the Round Top Antique Market. It’s such a darling little cottage tucked out in the country—comfortable, quaint, and wonderfully quiet. One of our favorite parts was coming back in the evenings to be greeted by Ruby, the cutest dog, who would wait by the gate and then run ahead of our car to lead us back to the cottage. It made us smile every time. In the mornings, we loved seeing the cows just beyond the fence, peeking at us through...

「Parking is a challenge」
