「Last minute booking and it’s not in a bad area. 」

「The front desk lady was very kind and patient even tho I was frustrated because the pool was closed due to maintenance. I always use hotels that have pools for my boys. The remote did funky things. The front desk worker offered to help either reprogram a new remote or to move rooms to a suite because all of the double rooms were rented out. We chose to stay where we were. 「There were storms in the area, alot of people was without power so the hotel was slammed with people trying to check in, we saw 1 person working, she was getting frustrated cause so many people trying to check in and no one there to help her, luckily we got hecked in before it got so bad and didn' have to wait but about 10 minutes to check in but when we got to our room the remote for the tv was not in the room, we went back to the desk, she said the had some come in but would be about an hour...
