"駅の目の前 近くに手頃なレストランもあり 観光エリアまで歩いても行かれるし，地下鉄を利用する事もできる 近くにスーパーがないのがちょっと残念"

"モン・サン・ミシェル観光の拠点として、2泊しました。 5階建の小さいホテルですが、部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてフロントの人も感じが良かったです。 駅にも旧市街にも近い、大通りの賑やかな場所にあるので、夜の散歩も楽しめました。"

"The refrigerator was broken and even though the morning staff said they could have been traded for another one the night shift staff said not possible. The air conditioner didn’t work and was too cold to sleep even though we put the temperature to 30 degrees. Wifi didn’t work so we had to purchase wifi from another computer. The reason we chose the hotel was because of their pool but we found out only after we called from our side 10 minutes after the reservation time that the pool was under maintenance - the reason being it was the ‘usual’ problem with the jacuzzi. If it was ‘usual’, they should have told us so before it became too late to cancel. The morning staff said whatever the night shift staff said was nothing to do with her, nor her responsibility. "
