「Right on the ski field (can literally walk out door and you are there). But Hotel in less than optimal condition: cracks in some windows on main doors, tired condition generally, rooms about a 3* condition. Bathroom poor condition (bath did not even drain properly - bath maybe installed on an angle?). Quite expensive for its quality. Not sure the high premium for staying there is worthwhile.」

「The room was full of dust, clearly not cleaned or halfheartedly done. Toilet were dirty and no hand soap was available. Staff were nonchalant and one had severe attitude when I asked why did you need me to hand write my CC details when they were already used for the booking. And i showed it as requested. 「We are a family of 3 with a preschooler. We had so much fun playing on the snow just outside the hotel. The village is just few minutes walk while the scenery is very nice. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We would have love to go to the pool but it’s only available for adults.」

「Staff were responsive to calls and even stayed a little later to check us in later than usual. Rooms were clean with all the bare essentials, public bbq for cooking on. Excellent budget accomodation when staying in Bright.」
