"Good location. Front counter man was not very friendly. We had a nice and clean room with a balcony. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Complimentary drink at arrival. The staff at restaurant/ bar were very nice and friendly."

"Here's a polished, natural-sounding review that includes everyone you mentioned: We had an amazing stay at Hotel Punta Rucia! It's located on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic, and the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts of the stay. There was a great variety of American favorites and delicious local Dominican dishes, along with fresh, made-to-order options every morning. Everything was delicious! What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. The waitstaff, especially Esmarlin, Cecilia, and Alexander, went above and beyond every day to make sure we were well taken care of. Alexander, in particular, made us feel truly welcome with his exceptional service and attention to detail. At the front desk, Randy and Sofia were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions or assist with anything we needed. We also want to thank Delsa, our cleaning lady, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The hotel also has spacious parking, which made everything even more convenient. We highly recommend Hotel Punta Rucia to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with outstanding service, delicious food, and genuine Dominican hospitality. We can't wait to come back!"

"THIS HOTEL AND THE STAFF MEMBERSWENT ABOVE THEIR NORMAL DUTIES TO ENSURE THA OUR STAY AT THE PROPERTY WILL LEAVE US WITH UNFORGETTABLE MEMORIES. EVERYONE FROM THE GROUNDS KEEPER TO MANAGEMENT SHOWED US AN AWESOME TIME WHICH MADE OUR TRIP SO ENJOYABLE WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR BTEN DAYS NEXT YEAR . "Una experiencia como siempre espectacular, es la séptima vez que voy a ese hotel y lo volvería a repetir todas las veces que sea necesario. Lisbeth de animación es un amor, Lorelei en el Bar de la playa tiene un excelente servicio, Antonio en el restaurante general es muy servicial, pero el Staff en general son muy amables y siempre atentos. La única sugerencia que podría dar es que aunque aumenten un poco más del precio, que puedan ofrecer el alcohol con un poco más de calidad. Pero de todos los demás para mí un 10/10 🌟"
