「A place to feel at home – warm staff, real sustainability, stunning ocean views We spent 9 days at the Jaz Elite Aurora and were sad to leave. 「Overall the experience was positive. We arrived at midnight and staff was still readily available to assist. They even left a late night snack in our room upon arrival. If you are seeking a more laid back resort, it certainly fits the bill. I hoped for more activities available on site. The resort went into quiet mode after 10pm. Also I noticed they had a notification board for information but having daily itineraries either available in print in the room or on the tv would have been helpful....

「The property was very nice and the room was clean. The staff was courteous and the owner was very helpful. The room had no air conditioning and the power went off for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. Also the water pressure was barely a trickle making showering almost impossible. 」
