「Great place with ample room for our large party of 15 to celebrate the holidays! Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Only opportunity for improvement would be to increase kitchen stock items (plates glasses bowls utensils etc) and add another bathroom. Thanks for a great stay! 」

「The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)」

「Parking is limited and not conveniently located to the buildings where the rooms are located. The grounds are beautiful but the rooms leave a lot to be desired- when we arrived there was clearly a moisture issue on our floor, there was a terrible smell and fans going in the hallway. Our room was very dark. The one day we requested housekeeping and left early our room was not turned over, but the next day when we had a do not disturb sign on our door housekeeping tried to come in at 9 AM.」

「The facility is very clean! The staff at both check in and check out were friendly and personable. They’re remodeling and there was still plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I’m in Rockland County. 」

「In the big scheme of things, as with all hotel rooms, you just have to manage expectations. After driving up the mountain to park, walking down some outside stairs that are in desperate need of repair and most likely would fail any sort of safety inspection it had to go through, once inside we were created by a delightful person who checked me in and gave me a room in the back so as to be a little quieter. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was dated and is probably due to be refurbished....

「Never get worse than this place. The hotel staff did not do anything, despite the fact that the room next door was full of noise, with teenagers fooling around late into the night, filling the hallway and my room with the smell of alcohol and marijuana. Finally, after midnight, I was given another room, but the staff didn't even help me moving out my luggage to another room.The next morning I complained about it, but they only gave me a 15% discount and did not even apologize. I was furious and...
