「The house itself was fine but the pool was unusable and not maintained. We were frequently promised it would be fixed each day but there was no maintenance done. Even going through support, there was no attempt to make things right and we were unable to use the pool during a hot summer weekend. (There aren't even any pool towels for use)」

「The staff were very nice! Our room was perfect for the week stay my boyfriend and I while we were in NY! Good prices, the gym was very nice, I had WiFi to do my school work, and the room was cozy and clean. Also, very spacious. Would 10/10 recommend and we’ll stay here next time as well! 」

「Check in process was quick & easy and staff was very friendly and informative. Lobby was very inviting. We stayed on the 4th floor. Views out the window were awesome! There was even a telescope at the large window so you could see out to the river and look at the fall foliage. Our room was very clean and was as expected. I didn’t feel it was outdated, as other reviews suggested. The grounds are beautiful. Hotel is nice and secluded but a short drive to many local events. 」
