「The house is welcoming and comfortable. It’s clearly a home, not just a place bought to rent, and the lived-in feel made it very comfortable. It had all the necessary equipment, including a kitchen full of pots, pans, and utensils, and plenty of bath towels.Joshua was very responsive to our questions. 「We had a wonderful stay with 8 members of our family during the summer (July) of 2025. The house was clean, bedrooms were nice size and conveniently located and the central floor (walk in floor) was great for the "gathering and entertaining" area of the home. The kitchen was well stocked and we had every amenity that we needed for the week. The host was extremely responsive and was available for any questions that we had during our stay.
