When we arrived the ceiling was falling due to an old leakage and when I communicated with someone in charge of property, they said maintenance will come. 「I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). It's in walking distance of several stops along the North-Metro railroad, Target, the shopping mall, and Sarah Lawrence College. Convenient location to everything I needed since I didn't have a car. 「Property was almost ad advertised, with the exception of the parking space. When we arrived, we moved a rope partition in front ot the property to park and unload. The owner of the adjacent unit prompt;y came out to tell us that this was his spot that he ernted out and that we could not stay there. There were already two cars in the back, one without plates. Needed to speak with owner to clarify. After this the parking situation was OK. Property was neat and clean. Could have used more towels...
