「Freezing temperatures and a ton of snow made for a winter wonderland. Had a phenomenon 5 days with family by reading books by the fireplace. Three thumbs up!」

「Property is gorgeous, comfortable, and in nature. There were deer on the front lawn and we even saw beers passing by behind. Amazing! We were there through some bad weather and the house was cosy and warm - and prepped for our comfort on arrival which made all the difference.We spent a day hiking in Minnewaska Nature Park which was beautiful and just down the road.」

「Serg’s place was comfortable and clean! It was a perfect location for me and my friends to stay while rock climbing in the Gunks. We did not feel cramped or unsafe and the complementary tea was a hit! One thing to note is that both of the beds were low to the ground (below knee level) so if someone has knee or back problems, it might be difficult to stand up out of bed. 」

We were unable to regulate the temperature in the kitchen/living room area, even though we set the thermostat to 80. The temperature never warmed up and it felt quite chilly but we managed.
