「Yes walking distance to shopping and it was very clean」

「The property had no hot water on arrival and did not have airconditioning available for all rooms. There is no laundry, no back yard and limited in house seating people at the kitchen table). The property reports to have enough room for more than 9 guests, however there is only 1bathroom (with toilet combined). The price was very high for what was provided. 」

「Absolutely beautiful area, the hosts were 100% polite, nothing was too much trouble. Even when we had a but if problems getting into the place. The hosts were more than happy to come and help. We had our 10 year old grandson with us and he loved seeing the different animals. The place was nice, clean and everything you would expect with an air b and b. Will 100% recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again.」

「This old cottage covers the basics, but it probably needs some renovation. The bedroom was spacious and clean, which was nice. But the ceiling leaked when it rained, and there were noticeable cracks along the walls. The stove didn’t work properly, so cooking can be difficult. The Wi-Fi also stopped working after two days and couldn’t be fixed despite several attempts.」

「Large rooms with lots of seating, nice and cool with the fans on. There’s not much space to put clothes, just a couple of hangers. Kitchen is nice and tidy with a range of cooking utilities. Parking is available and easy access to the property.Great location: close to shops and train station. We walked to the Fasta Pasta down the road for dinner. 」

「We were offered a different apartment to the one booked as the apartment booked had a long term booking. This would have been known well in advance but only communicated the day prior to arrival. The unit offered as an alternative was dirty. It smelt of cat urine and the courtyard had an empty beer can and a plastic container with a dead spider in it. Our attempts to contact the manager went unanswered but when we communicated through a different number our call was answered. We were eventually...

「The host was very welcoming. The property suited our needs perfectly, even our dog enjoyed her stay.」

「Had trouble finding our town house in amongst all the others, cars had blocked of any sign's of house numbers and had to call owner to find entry, appart from that it was great. 」

「Wow, this place from the very arrival to leaving you made us feel like we were family (even hugs when leaving). Heidi and Micheal are absolute super stars , you guys rock, next visit I'm sure we can sit and share a bottle of Wine. The apartment and facilities are first class, we cant wait to come back and use the outdoor kitchen. We loved the horses and even Mr Chaz was enjoying himself. We don't have any negatives and will be recommending Uleybury to all. Again thank you Heidi and Micheal Love...

「Very convenient location, walking distance to the town. The kitchen is well equipped for doing light meals. The bed is very comfortable and overall the unit is clean. Overall a satisfactory stay if you’re prepared to overlook a couple of issues. However, the freezer section of the fridge was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the unit, possibly cooking smells from the adjoining unit which had a door, also every noise from that unit could be heard.. 」
