「I wasn't even able to stay at this property. As soon as we arrived on Friday afternoon, apparently there was a "nation-wide" system blackout issue and the front desk was not able to check us in to our room. We had just traveled 7 hours from South Florida, extremely tired and ready to settle in... only to find out we could not check into our room. Why is there not some back-up mechanism in place to check guests in if there's a system blackout? In my opinion that is unacceptable. We ended up...

However, in our case, we were in Room 106, immediately next to a special room requiring extensive labor and noise. We should have been moved to another room, perhaps to another floor away from the construction. It was difficult to rest or sleep during the day. Had I known of any other options, I would have」

「The Western Hotel is an older hotel and needs a little updating. The room had everything we needed. It was clean, in a safe location and reasonably priced. Staff was friendly. I would stay again.」
