I tried to drive to the other side of the building to find the entrance. The signage to find my room was not clearly marked. I went up and down several staircases and hallways in order to find my room. I also took a few stairwells which were dirty and smelled badly. Two stairwells had broken mini refrigerators just lying on the landings. The room was...

「The property was beautiful. The Vrbo room type was not communicated to the hotel and so when we arrived they gave us the wrong room type. Hotel was wonderful in accommodating our needs. The condo we were put in was outdated but very clean. The check out instructions we received were wrong, but again the hotel was very accommodating with us.」
