「Nice place, the hotel wasn't that old, but hasn't been updated or kept up as much as it should. Water stains, some outlets not working. I was disappointed there was no beach access at the Tanga Beach Resort. The food and staff were great. 」

「Although it was not easy to drive to the resort from Dar es Salaam (especially with our RAV4), our family had a wonderful stay there and is definitely willing to go back there. 「Visited in mid September and it was very quiet, only a couple other guests. Very relaxing. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the place is quite safe. It is more of a campgrounds with a few bungalows and a restaurant and small pool, and not really "a resort" as such. But very fairly priced.」
