「Superior room, large and spacious had cute fake fireplace that I used a few minutes to take the chill off me. Very nice bath with walk-in shower. Friendly, staff restaurant on site and ample parking ($5 fee per night). 」

「外観と異なり、古いホテルです。部屋の前の通路を通る足音ははっきり聞こえ、隣室のドアを開け締めする音で目が覚めるくらい。部屋の暖房は集中コントロールらしくON出来ず、寒かったです。朝食込みのプランでしたが、英国のビジネス向けホテルでは一般的で、あまり美味しいものではありません。なによりコーヒーが・・・。（ただし夕食のミニコースはなかなか美味しかったです。）歩いて行ける範囲にスーパーマーケットがあり、便利ではありますね。」

「This hotel is surrounded by many shop, restaurants, and bars, closed to Swansea station with walking of 10 minutes to reach. Also a large supermarket can be found around it. The room was large and the bathroom had a large bathtub with enough hot water. The staffs was quite helpful and kind with good smiling face. 」

「Tuve una muy grata estadía. El lugar es tal como se describe. Las habitaciones son cómodas y espaciosas con una vista muy linda hacia la playa. Además hay una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario lo cual se agradece mucho. Destaco además la amabilidad y simpatía del encargado, que estuvo siempre muy atento a cualquier necesidad. El único detalle es que en la noche es muy ruidoso ya que pasa una carretera con mucho flujo vehicular y eso afecta un poco el descanso, pero el resto, todo bien.」

「All as described. Suggest requesting a room away from main road but lovely decor , fancy coffee machine and great shower. Parking in Bath Road immediately behind is only £1 for 3 hours so £8 for 24hours. Happy to return 」

「Lovely big room and big bed. Bottom sheet not quite big enough. Great location, easy walk to sea, shops and restaurants. Uphill and lots of steps not an issue for us but maybe for some. 」

「Jackie is a lovely lady, she was friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us The pub next door has great beer and food, with friendly locals.」
