「I booked a “river view” room. Only if you walked to the bluff and sat on the bench in mosquito infested grass could you see the river. It was clean which was nice but we couldn’t see the river. Big disappointment. We left at like 5am.」

「One room was okay but I didn't stay in that one so I don't know how good it was. One of the rooms had a smokey smell, stains on the cabinet doors in the bathroom, and random spots on the wall that I don't want to know about. I turned on a light in the middle of the night and a bug ran back under the rubber baseboard trim. 「We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and quiet. Never heard anything from next door. Staff were very accommodating. Good location to drive straight to the downtown square.」

「Great location as far as the restaurant is in walking distance and another great restaurant right down the road, just about 5 miles for downtown Mountain View. Beautiful lake to sit on the deck and look at. You can not fish from your cabin, which was disappointing, the cabin is just basic. Clean and neat, but no amenities, whatsoever, but a beautiful location.」

「My second year staying here. Stayed 6 days this year. This house is very close to Blanchard Springs. My favorite thing about the house is all of the outdoor entertainment area. Has rap around porches on the main floor and has a great outdoor downstairs area below the main floor that has lots of seating and a hammock. Also well lit with ceiling fans.
