「Room was clean and bed was fantastic. Had problem at check in since office is closed on Sundays and I hadn’t been texted the info needed to get into my room. Called the emergency number listed on the office door and received the needed info. But then it wasn’t clear which building my room was in; wasted time trying to find it when the inclusion of a map would have helped. 」
