「We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated basement level apartment! The space was very clean and we loved the creative decor and thoughtful touches. Our host was very communicative, warm, and kind. He was also very quick to respond to messages and made sure our stay was comfortable. There were some chickens on the property and my 3yo loved going out to see them and she also had a great time using the trampoline. 「The house is a nice little place to stay, very quiet and away from noises. Easy to find. The goats were very cute to watch. Didnt get a chance to use the pool but looked like a nice place to cool off after exploring the area. Was about 20 min to downtown historic Fredericksburg but wasnt a bad drive. Only challenge i had was the shower is on the smaller side, a moveable showerhead would make it easier. 」

「EVERYTHING went very smoothly. I’ve never booked our family vacations (I’m 70 years old!!) I was concerned about it being a gated community (nope, never had to deal with that either). The hosts were very patient and thoughtful about all my questions and concerns. The house suited us perfectly and everything was there that was needed and even wanted. There were 4 young teenage boys and they were never bored. The kitchen had every appliance we needed. Only had trouble finding the vegetable peeler....
