「Absolutely lovely spot- quiet, peaceful with tremendously well planned and tended gardens! The fragrance of gardenias and jasmin is heavenly . Secluded hot tub was perfect. 」

「I was able to stay in a clean and comfortable environment. The room was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which I used for 2 days, but the dryer often stopped midway. The location is convenient, with a nearby bus stop available. There is also a delicious cafe to the south of the hotel, just one block away.」

「Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast...

「We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a close drive to all the things we wanted to see in the area. The space is bright and the country views are amazing! We loved sipping our coffee in the mornings on the large patio outside. Great place for star gazing at night also! The beds were comfy, the bathroom heater was great and we also liked having the kitchen to cook some of our own meals in. The space was cozy and relaxing to come back to after busy days of touring around. There was one issue...

「Even though there was a man there when we arrived, he only confirmed where to find the lock box to get our key. The rooms were very small and the equipment was only adequate. The second day there was no hot water. I read the directions in the book and found the gas bottles to switch them over. The location is very rural, pretty but a long way to stores and restaurants. The driveway is quite narrow.」
