"チェックイン時のスタッフは無愛想だったが、チェックアウト時のスタッフは感じ良かった。 駅、バスターミナルから近い。町の中心部までは少し距離があるが徒歩圏内。 綺麗だがバスルームの設備などは古い感じがした。 空調が勝手に止まってしまって、寒いと感じると切れていた。バスタブがあるのは嬉しかったがシャワーカーテンが短すぎて床が濡れてしまうのを避けることは出来なかった。"

"I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but I was warmly welcomed with a smile, which I truly appreciated. They kindly shared information about local shops and sightseeing spots, which helped ease my worries about being in a new town for the first time. The building is old, but the room was clean and I had a comfortable stay. (Adjusting the bath water temperature was a bit of a challenge.) Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay."

"The staff were all very kind and friendly. I am Japanese and my English is not very good, but they treated me with great courtesy. The only thing that concerned me was that the shampoo was not replenished during my stay, though I believe it would have been resolved if I had simply asked."
