"Unfortunately, the apartment was not prepared to receive guests. Tables, toilet seats, refrigerator and other surfaces were not cleaned in preparation for guests. There were two bathrooms, but one bathroom had no water connections for the shower-only the toilet and sink had water. Only one bathroom offered warm water. Windows were un close able.
