「Good (quiet) location less than 30 min walking from Agdal station. The flat has adequate room and the bed is comfortable. For getting around the city, there is a tram stop nearby on Ave de France and petit taxis are easy to find (even when it is raining). Many eating options in the area. For self-catering, Carrefour grocery is 15 min walking. Kitchenette has a two-burner butane cooker but don't plan to cook much because there are only a couple of small pans to use. 「Absolutely awful building. My room reeked of cigarettes all night and day and the bed sheets were filthy. The mattress may well have been a sheet of timber. I had a three night stay but cancelled after one night because of the awful condition of the room. I requested a refund but it was rejected. Avoid this place. The pictures are deceptive.」

「Clean bright one br apartment which I was able to get last minute. Staff was friendly and super helpful in every way. Accommodated late checkout and even got me a cab. The only warning with the balcony room that I had is there is some noise at night but with earplugs I slept great. This room also had a full kitchen, pull out couch and a second bathroom. Highly recommend!!!」
